We offer free cancellation up to 7 days before your check-in date. For cancellations made between 3-5 days before check-in, we charge 30% of the booking amount. Cancellations within 2 day before check-in are non-refundable. Please see our booking page for full details.
Yes, we require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, or cash.
All our rooms include comfortable beds with premium linens, en-suite bathrooms with hot water, free WiFi, tea/coffee making facilities, and stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Additionally, we provide toiletries, towels, and daily housekeeping.
Yes, we provide complimentary WiFi throughout the homestay. However, please note that due to our mountain location, the connection might be slower than in urban areas. It's perfect for checking emails and social media, but may not support heavy streaming.
Yes, we offer laundry services at a nominal charge. Please allow 24 hours for laundry to be returned. During the monsoon season, drying may take longer due to humidity.
We are located in the beautiful hills of Sikkim. The nearest airport is Bagdogra Airport (IXB), approximately 124 km away. The nearest major railway station is New Jalpaiguri (NJP), about 119 km away. We can arrange pickup at additional charge services from both locations with prior notice.
Yes, we have complimentary secured parking available for guests. Please inform us in advance if you will be arriving by vehicle so we can reserve a spot for you.
Yes, we can arrange airport and railway station transfers at an additional charge. Please provide your flight/train details at least 48 hours in advance so we can coordinate your pickup.
Our room rates include breakfast and dinner. Lunch are available at an additional cost. We offer both traditional Sikkimese cuisine and continental options. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when you book.
Absolutely! We take pride in offering a variety of vegetarian and vegan options. Many traditional Sikkimese dishes are vegetarian by default. Please let us know your dietary preferences in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
We welcome special requests! If there's a particular Sikkimese dish you'd like to try, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can ensure we have the necessary ingredients.
Check-in time is from 12:00 PM onwards, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance if you require flexibility with these times.
We're sorry, but we cannot accommodate pets due to the delicate ecosystem and the presence of wildlife in our area. Service animals are permitted with prior notification and proper documentation.
We welcome guests of all ages! However, please note that our property has uneven terrain and is not specifically child-proofed. Children must be supervised by adults at all times, especially near the edges of the property which offer steep valley views.
